Lowell Harnell (Head Boys and Girls Coach): Lowell is a 1985 Proctor Graduate and was part of two Section Championship in the 1980's in CC. Lowell was a three sport athlete at PHS in CC, Swimming, and Track.  He attended the College of St. Scholastica and ran for the Saints while in College. He began coaching at Duluth Marshall and later in Grand Marais before beginning coaching for the Rails in 1996.

Matt Knight (Asst. Boys and Girls Coach): Matt graduated from Proctor in 1996 following a highly successful stint as a high school scholar and athlete. Matt ran CC and Track and participated in swimming in the winter. He then went on to run for the Saints at the College of St. Scholastica and became an esteemed runner. Mr. Knight has been coaching at Proctor since 2005.
