6 Units Strong- To be a successful soccer program, we need everyone doing their job as a positive cohesive unit. If each unit does what is expected of them, that team won’t be beaten. Units are in no particular order.

• Unit 1- Coaches
• Unit 2- Goalkeepers
• Unit 3- Defenders
• Unit 4- Midfielders
• Unit 5- Forwards
• Unit 6- Parents

All these done right creates a “Family” which is what I preach in every sport I coach.
