     1970 - Big Ten Mile Champion

     1971 - NCAA 6 Mile Champion - Established new NCAA record of 27:34.1

     Three time Big Ten Cross Country Champion

     1971 - Big Ten Indoor Two Mile Champion

     1972 - Big Ten Indoor Three Mile Champion

     1971 - Big Ten Outdoor Three Mile Champion

     1976 - Member US Olympic Team - 10,000m

     1975 - Pan American Games - 10,000m

     1977 - New York Marathon - 5th place

     1979 - Boston Marathon - 5th place

     1980 - Grandma's Marathon - 2:10.20 - fastest marathon of career

     1988 - Road Runners Hall of Fame Inductee

     1992 - Inducted into University of Minnesota M Club Hall of Fame

     Proctor High School Hall of Fame

Steve Sneide - UM of Duluth

Ten Time All NSIC in the Decathlon, HJ, TJ and LJ

Judge Royal Bouschor - Northwestern University - graduated in 1926 - According to Judge Bouschor's Obituary from 1980, published in the Arizona Daily Star, Judge Bouschor held the World Indoor Pole Vault Record.  The height was not reported.
